Creating Routes
Routes are sequences of points that identify a path on the map. You can use routes to plan your hiking path or ski descent.
Creating a new route
Click on the "Add" button in the Features sidebar and then select Route.
Click the map to start drawing your route.
Once you're done, click the last point or press the escape key.

Tap the plus button in bottom right corner.
Tap "Route" in the popup menu.
Drag the map to move the starting point where you want it.
Tap "Add point" to start drawing your route.
Click "Done" once you're finished.

Editing an existing route
Change the points of an existing line.
Click on the point you want to edit and then drag it to a new location.

Tap on "Edit" on the route you want to edit.
Drag the map to move the new point.
Click "Add point" to add a new point at the crosshairs in the center of the map.
Click "Done" once you're finished.

Customizing your route
Backtrack allows you to customize your route to make them unique and meaningful. You can give your marker a unique name, add more details, and change the styling to customize the look of the route.
Naming your route
Your marker will have the default name "New Route", which you can change to more accurately describe its purpose. To name your marker, double click its name in the side panel and type the new name.
Styling
There are a number of options to customize the look of your routes:
Color: Visually categorize your routes for easy identification by picking from a variety of colors.
Line width: Drag the slider to increase or decrease the thickness of the line.
Label: Whether or not the name of the marker should be shown underneath the symbol.
